What is the Roku Streaming Player?

By Joshua Zamora

Hello and thank you for making the effort to read this work on the Roku Streaming player. In this article I plan on sharing some of the features and benefits of owning a roku and how it can turn your living room into an entertainment room.

I bought my Roku about a year and a half gone and I must tell you I could not be more happy with my purchase.

Not only is it a total entertainment box BUT it has saved me thousands of greenbacks on movie rentals, movie theatre tickets, motion picture theatre nibbles etc. Everyone knows how costly it can be nowadays to simply go watch a film on the big screen.

First off it is important for you to understand what roku really is. Well the quick answer is it is a all-encompassing streaming player that permits you to watch pictures, Television shows, sports, listen to music and many other things from suppliers like Hulu Plus, Netflix, Pandora and UFC just to cite a couple. There are Plenty Of roku channels available for your likes and needs.

You don't need any extra PCs or difficult set up to get Roku running. You simply connect the VGA cords to your TELEVISION, plug in the power cord for Roku, connect Roku through wireless net and you are ready to go.

You also have the choice to connect directly to the ethernet port.

Each Roku also comes equipt with a radio control, power adapter, one year guarantee, user manual, two AA batteries and A/V cable to get it going.

There are three models of roku you can purchase ranging from $59.99-$99.99 and dependent on which model you buy is the features you have got access to. I am going to be following up this manuscript with the big differences between the 3.

So if you are the sort of person that loves to stay in on a Friday night after a long days work and just relax I would higly advise you buy Roku and turn your living space into a complete entertainment room.

Many thanks for reading my article and I am hoping it helped you better understand what Roku is.
